Project consists fo the sale and assignment of 609 sq. ft. of restored class 1,2, or 3 credit, from Conservancy-owned land to a reeceiving parcel on which a minor structure (garage) accessory to existing facilities will be constructed. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry 9out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in class 1,2, or 3 areas within th e Lake Tahoe Basin.
