It has been determined that the project is categorically exempt from teh California Enviromental Quality Act of 1970. It is exempt subsequent to the CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 as the project consists of minor alterations of an existing structure involving no expansion of use beyond that prviouly existing. The project will not result in significant effects on the enviroment.
