Document Description
June of 1995 Petes Valley Partners filed an application to appropriate 150 acre feet of water annually from Petes Creek tributary to Willow Creek thence the Susan River in Lassen County. Under an existing license License 4803, Application 12599, the applicant is authorized to store 350 acre feet per annum for the primary purpose of irrigating 1,000 acres of pasture. The project is located northeast of Susanville about 10 miles downstream of Horse Lake
