Project consists of repairs to the Employee Residence in Torrey Pines State Reservel. Repairs include the removal and safe disposal of hazardous materials (creosote railroad tie retaining walls), the construction of a concrete retaining wall to replace the removed railroad ties, the reroofing of the structure, the replacement of rotted roof rafters, and the repair of cracked exterior stucco at three corners of the structure.
