Document Description
Project consists of modifying the El Capitan State Beach water system to repair a design flaw and increase public services. To repair the design flaw, 23 existing valves will be replaced and 26 new valves will be added throughout the unit. The valvges will be installed by excavating down to the pipelines, removing the existing valve or portion of pipe, installing the new valve, testing the repairs, backfilling under the valves with rock, installing a PVC riser around the valve, backfilling the holes with native material and installing a valve box with a lid.....
