Document Description
Construction of a new pipe bridge immediately adjacent to the existing deteriorated pipe bridge. The pipe bridge spans Arroyo de Padre Juan Creek. The replacement bridge will support replacement water and sewer lines as well as a new 6 inch reclaimed water line. All construction will be accomplished from the upper bank areas and no equipment will enter the creek. The area of disturbance will be approx. 150 sq. ft. in an area of non-native vegetation above the high tide line. Wastewater Treatment Plant head-works (piping & concrete channels to upgrade existing facility).
