Project consists of removing nine (9) underground fuel tanks and related equipment from three (3) separate sites on campus. In accordance with the State CEQA guidelines for implementations of the California Environmental Quality Act, and with The California State University CEQA guidelines, the University hereby declares that it has approved the above-named project. It has been determined that the project is categorically exempt under Title 14, California code Section 15300, Class 1.1.4
