Document Description
Execution of two (2) license agreements to provide areas for the storage of seasonal snow from adjacent urban commercial parcels. This seasonal winter use will provide water quality benefits in an urban forest interface environment. Annual spring inspections will be conducted to monitor these temporary snow storage activities. The applocable TRPA Best Management Practices will be required to ensure protection of the Conservancy parcels as water quality benefits are achieved.
