Document Description
The project consists of the felling of hazardous trees on Conservancy parcels to protect public & private property and to limit the State's liability. The hazardous trees will be felled by professional tree fallers, limbed, and the slash treated by a mechanical wood chipper. The chips will be dispersed on site to a depth of no more than 2 inches on parcels with low fuel loading, or the slash/wood chips will be removed by the contractor and treated off site.
