Approval of the Environmental Impact Report which addresses the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant that would discharge effluent year round for reclamation reuse and or discharge to the Auburn Ravine. The initial capacity of the plant would be 5 MGD and would be expanded in stages to an anticipated ultimate capacity of 12 MGD to accommodate planned development within the City of Lincoln.
