The project applicants are seeking approval of a tentative subdivision map (SD-96-04) to subdivide 79.9 acres into 119 single family residential lots, an Oak Tree Preservation Permit (TRE-96-25) and a Specific Plan Use Permit (SPU-98-29) to establish setbacks, general landscaping and design guidelines and fencing details. The property currently has one residential dwelling unit on the site that will remain within the proposed subdivision.
