The project applicants are seeking approval of a tentative subdivision map (SD-96-04) to subdivide 79.9 acres into 119 single family residential lots, an Oak Tree Preservation Permit (TRE-96-25) and a Specific Plan Use Permit (SPU-98-29) to establish setbacks, general landscaping and design guidelines and fencing details. The residential design of the project includes varying lot sizes from 12,500 square feet to 82,735 square feet. The property currently has one residential dwelling unit on the site that will remain within the proposed subdivision.
