The VVWRA and the City of Victorville propose to install facilities (pump, pipeline, and storage pond) that will allow up to 1.5 MGD and up to 1,680 acre-feet per year of the appropriate 7 MGD of treated effluent discharged from the treatment plant as surface flow to the Mojave River channel to be diverted.
