Document Description
The focus of the Initial Study is the evaluation of final closure construction for four municipal refuse disposal sites located in Surprise Valley, Modoc County, California. The sites include the Fort Bidwell, Lake City, Cedarville, and Eagleville Landfills. Closure of these sites will be performed in accordance with the Final Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plan which establishes specifications for closure construction and management and provides cost estimates so that financial assurance provisions can be made.
