The Storm Drainage Master Plan establishes, at a conceptual level, the public storm drainage improvements necessary to serve a major portion of the Chico Urban Area at buildout of the General Plan. It focuses on providing capacity in the major pipes and man-made ditches ans also addresses channel stabilty and waterquality concerns for waterways within the Urban Area.
