The proposed project includes Annexation, Pre-Zoning, General Plan Amendment, and Zone Change actions involving Planning Areas #51, #35, and #30. The project is a reduced intensity plan as compared to the mixed-use plan contemplated in the existing City of Irvine General Plan. The proposed project will involve, at a minimum, amendments to the following City of Irvine General Plan Elements: Land Use Element, Circulation Element, Parks and Recreation Element, and Open Space & Conservation Element. The proposed project will involve an amendment to the MPAH for on-site roadways classified as Major, Primary, and Secondary Arterial.
