Document Description
CDFG is executing SAA # 5-160-00 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Patrick Ahern representing the Hodges Golf Improvement Center LLC. The applicant proposes to alter the 100 year floodplain of Kit Carson Creek, tributary to Lake Hodges, to accomodate the construction of the Lake Hodge Golf Improvement Center including a driving range, tee area, putting greens, various buildings and a parking lot. A berm planted with native riparian species around the outer edges will also be constructed around the driving range and is intended to serve as both a visual and physical barrier between the driving range activities and the wetland resources located to the east, west, and south of the site.
