Construction of a 54,700 square foot, three-story, 48-foot high commercial building to include 9,700 square feet of restaurant space, 13,000 square feet of office use, and 29,600 square feet of retail space with 275 parking spaces and hours of operation from 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., seven days a week. Approximately 9,128 square feet of retail and restaurant space will be demolished and Gorham Avenue through site to be vacated.
