THE DEPARTMENT OF REHABILITATION IS LEASING APPROXIMATELY 7,500 SQUARE FEET OF EXISTING OFFICE SPACE. THE SPACE WOULD HOUSE APPROXIMATELY 27 EMPLOYEES AND PROVIDE ROOM FOR COUNSELING DISABLED CLIENTS FOR RE-ENTRY INTO THE JOB MARKET. A RANGE OF 35-200 VISITORS/CLIENTS WOULD BE SEEN WEEKLY. APPROXIMATELY 21 PARKING SPACES WOULD BE PROVIDED FOR VISITORS AND STAFF. PUBLIC TRANSIT IS AVAILABLE WITHIN 1/4 MILE OF THE SITE.
