THE PROJECT IS THE PHASE 2 SEISMIC RETROFIT OF THE WILLOWS BRIDGE. THE PROJECT WILL ENTAIL EXAVATION AROUND THE COLUMNS TO THE TOP OF THE FOOTING, PLACEMENT OF STEEL JACKETS AROUND EXISTING COLUNMS, ARC WELDING, PUMPING GROUT, CLEANING AND PAINTING THE STEEL CASTINGS AND BACKFILLING TO INITIAL CONTOURS AROUND THE COLUMNS.
