Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) adopted an Addendum to the previous Negative Declaration and approved the renewal of the Asbury Environmental Services dba World Oil Environmental Services Standardized Hazardous Waste Permit (Permit). The Asbury Environmental Services dba World Oil Environmental Services Facility (Facility) is a storage and transfer facility for used oil, used antifreeze, oily water, and oily debris/oily solids, and operates under the current permit. The Facility Permit Renewal reauthorizes continued storage and transfer of used oil, used antifreeze, oily water, and oily debris/oily solids in one 10,206-gallon tank, one 1,092-gallon tank, and up to 275 gallons in containers for an additional ten years. All waste transfer and storage activities are conducted in secondary containment to prevent any waste from running off site. No new construction or expansion of any activities and operations from levels analyzed in the 1998 Final IS/ND are included as part of the permit renewal.
