Document Description
The subdivison of 123 acres of land into 493 lots for single family residences within a portion of the Bridle Ridge Specific Plan (BRSP) area. Lot sizes range from approximately 5,000 to 15,000 square feet in size and is proposed to be constructed in four development phases including Phase A:157 lots; Phase B: 111 lots; Phase C: 86 lots; and Phase D: 138 lots. The proposed subdivision map is consistent with the Oakdale General Plan: Bridle Ridge Specific Plan (SP-2) and the SFLDR (Single-Family Low Density Residential [2 to 6 dwelling units per acre gross]) land use designations.
