COMPONENT 2: AT THE FULTON SITE, MOVING THE CONNECTING POINT OF THE UNIT 11 FULTON LINE. AT COMPLETION, THE OPERATING VOLTAGE OF THE LINE WILL BE REDUCED TO 115 KV.
