CDFG is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2002-105 Pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Lincoln. This agreement is for the construction of the Prather Outfall only. The lead agency prepared an EIR for the entire plant expansion including the outfall. The lead agency made the determinations below. The outfall has no significant impacts.
