Proposed project will construct wastewater collection, treatment and disposal facility to serve the central area of Monte Rio. Service area includes 190 acres. There are 617 lots of which 555 are developed. Treatment and disposal would consist of a secondary treatment plant (mechanical aeration) with disposal of treated effluent through leachfields and subsurface irrigation. Collection lines will be located in existing roadways.
