The proposed project would allow for the expansion of the existing Rockwell Semiconductor Systems facility with an additional 566,000 sq. ft. of allowable building area on the project site. The proposed project would provide for the development of additional light ihndustrial and office space with supporting parking facilities and landscaped open space. Buildout of the proposed project would occur over a maximum time frame of 20 years.
