Document Description
The Airport System Master Plan (ASMP) is a combined development and implementation plan that contemplates a two airport system with commercial air carrier, air cargo and general aviation support at El Toro and JWA. The ASMP also includes a land use development plan for El Toro that contains airport compatible nonaviation uses. The project also includes the Base Transition Plan (BTP) for El Toro that contains airport compatible nonaviation uses.
