THE ORDER ALSO REQUIRES CLOSURE OF 3 EXISTING SURFACE IMPOUNDMENTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF TITLE27 CHAPTER 3, SUBCHAPTER 5, ARTICLE 3, AND UPDATING OF THE SITE'S GROUNDWATER AND SURFACE WATER MONITORING PROGRAM.
