RETROFIT WARDS D151, E3014 AND F1112 TO INCREASE SEISMIC SAFETY. THE PROPOSED RETROFIT WOULD ADD A CONCRETE SHEAR WALL IN THE LONGITUDINAL DIRECTION IN EACH SING, AND ADD LARGER FOOTINGS FOR SUPPORT. THE NEW SHEAR WALL WOULD STIFFEN THE WING STRUCTURE AND REDUCE LATERAL DISPLACEMENTS OF THE STRUCTURE.
