Document Description
The annexation of five parcels (APNs 064-240-00 l, -002, -003, -004, & -005) of undeveloped land in Swall Meadows into the Wheeler Crest Community Service District area boundary for water service. The subject properties which total 10.01 acres are within the 2001 Rim Rock Ranch Specific Plan. LAFCO independently reviewed the environmental effects of the project as shown in Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the Rimrock Ranch Specific Plan (SCH #98092066) and found none of the conditions described in CEQA Guidelines sections 15162 or IS 163 exist and that, accordingly, no subsequent or supplemental EIR is required. Moreover, LAFCO independently reviewed the CEQA Guidelines section 15091 and section 15093 findings for the Rimrock Ranch Specific Plan and adopted those findings as its own.
