The proposed project will upgrade the existing WWTP collection system and will include the in-place replacement or abandonment of existing asbestos concrete pipes, the realignment of ~3,680-feet of 8-inch diameter pipes with polyvinyl chloride, high-density polyethylene or ductile iron pipe, and the replacement of associated manholes, laterals and cleanouts.
