Document Description
The project proposes a time extension for a tentative parcel map (minor subdivision) of 41 acres into 4 single-family residential parcels. The parcels will range in size from 8 to 16 acres. The project will take access off of Lawson Valley Road in the Jamul-Dulzura Community Planning Area. The project includes the dedication of a 1.61 acre on-site biological open space easement for the preservation of Southern coast live oak riparian forest. Two on-site open space easements will be dedicated for the preservation of archaeological resources. The applicant will purchase 10.03 acres of property in an off-site County approved mitigation bank for the preservation of Granitic chamise chaparral. Eah lot will be served by ground water wells and will have on-site, sub-surface septic systems.
