Document Description
Caltrans, District 7 is proposing to construct an HOV Lane in each direction of Interstate 5 from State Route 91 to State Route 19 in Orange and Los Angeles Counties, in the cities of Buena Park, Cerritos, La Mirada, Norwalk, Santa Fe Springs and Downey. The project will consist of reconstructing the median as well as several improvements to various interchanges along the project route. Neg Dec/ Fonsi previously circulated Sept. 1998.
