Document Description
The Final Environmental Impact Report for the Yorba Linda Heights project evaluated the construction of up to 276 single family dwelling units and a staging area providing access to Chino Hills State Park. As part of the mitigation for biological impacts associated with the proposed development, approximately 230.9 acres were dedicated to the California Department of Parks and Recreation within Coal Canyon. As part of the project approval process, the proposed development density was reduced and a total of up to 234 dwelling units approved.
