Document Description
New regulations required that a facility that had previously obtained a Standardized permit for operation, shall obtain a Compostable Materials Handling Facility Permit. The proposed new Compostable Materials Handling Facility Permit is to allow continued operation of the green materials composting facility at the existing levels. There will be no changes in design or operation at the site.
