Document Description
The project consists of widening State Route 138 from Avenue T in Palmdale throught the communities of Littlerock, Pearblossom and Llano to the State Route 18 junction. This project would consist of adding an additional 12-foot lane in both the east and west direction, a 16-foot median, and 8-foot shoulders within the project area in order to upgrade the current facility to a conventional highway.
