Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #6-2001-193) pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority. The applicant proposes to construct approximately 22 miles of 30 inch and 24 inch diameter pipeline and appurtenances, which will convey non-reclaimable wastewater from the Perris and Temescal Valleys to an existing non-reclaimable waste pipeline, which will in turn convey the wastewater to the Orange County Sanitation District's Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 2 for treatment and disposal. A maximum of 2,800 LF of pipeline will be constructed at crossings of Temescal Creek, and will be installed by boring under the channels.
