Document Description
The proposed Foothill Raw Water Project includes acquisition of private property for temporary construction easements and permanent maintenance and facility easements as well as the construction and operation of water pipelines and associated facilities. Specifically, the proposed project includes: (1) a modified 14,700-foot-long 48/36-inch raw water supply pipeline; (2) a new 11,800-foot-long 18-inch treatment water supply pipeline; (3) a new 100,000-gallon hydraulic control standpipe and 500-foot-long, 36-inch overflow pipe; and (4) a new outlet pipeline that could discharge up to 17 cfs of water from the raw water pipeline to Dutch Ravine.
