Two changes to the DA are proposed with this fourth amendment. The first proposed change will increase the affordable housing fee in future phases of the development to increase the amount of funding available to assist in the financing and construction of affordable units. The second proposed change will align the delivery mechanism for a fire station to serve the development consistent with direction received from the Board on June 11, 2024, and carried out on September 24, 2024, with Board approval of Placer County Fire Department Fire Facilities Impact Fee Study Update and Capital Improvement.
