Document Description
The project is comprised of eight sub-projects which are being built as part of the larger Bickford Ranch Specific Plan. The eight sub-projects include the installation of one section of sewer line, the expansion of Sierra College Boulevard into two riparian areas, and the creation of five detention basins. The amendment changes the compensatory mitigation requirements for the project’s impacts to stream and riparian habitats; rather than mitigating entirely onsite, the project will now mitigate partially via onsite habitat creation and partially via the purchase of 4.125 freshwater marsh complex credits from the River Ranch Mitigation Bank.
