CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0313-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Boulder Ridge Estates, LLC. Project is comprised of eight sub projects which are being built as part of the larger Bickford Ranch Specific Plan. The eight sub-projects include the installation of one section of sewer line, the expansion of Sierra College Blvd. into two riparian areas, and the creation of five detention basins.
