Document Description
The City proposes to upgrade existing processes at the Crossroads WWTP to improve nitrogen removal and re-rate the WWTP to a portion of the original capacity, as well as change its treated effluent disposal method from land application through irrigation to rapid infiltration using percolation ponds. These changes would increase disposal capacity to meet existing and anticipated demands as well improve groundwater quality. The following findings are based on an Addendum to the previously-certified Utility Master Plan EIR.
