USE PERMIT NO. UP-98-21 OF THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN SANTE FE (BNSF) RAILROAD to relocate the existing BNSF intermodel operations from downtown Stockton to the proposed project site. The proposed BNSF Intermodel Facility will accommodate the transfer of containerized freight between trains and trucks or tractor-trailers. The project site is located east of Austin Road, west of Jack Tone Road, and south of the BNSF Railroad tracks, east of Stockton (Supervisorial District 4)
