The revised application of Chris Wuthmann of Pacific Peninsula Group for Conditional Use Permit, Vesting Tentative Map and Grading and Dirt Haul Approval for purposes of preserving four existing buildings along San Carlos Avenue and removing two existing buildings to their south within an existing 14-unit apartment complex known as the "Hacienda Garden Apartments," and creating a courtyard area behind the proposed buildings to be preserved and new construction, constructing one 73 unit multi-family dwelling unit building with one level of underground parking adjacent to Walnut Street at 1315 San Carlos Avenue, 625 Elm Street, 649 Elm Street and 610 Walnut Street (APN 050-131-200, 050-131-190, and 050-131-180).
