CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0064-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Project is limited to routine maintenance activities, including: vegetation management (trimming, pruning, mowing, and removal of flow constricting vegetation within the riparian area, and bed, banks and channels of waterways); bank repairs (repair and stabilization of stream banks, pond embankments and other riparian areas is required when a bank is weakened, unstable, or failing); culvert repair and replacement; debris and sediment management; maintenance of rock stream fords; installation of crossing and fords; and other minor maintenance.
