As part of the Peninsula Watershed Management Plan, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission proposes to conduct routine maintenance activities altering the bed, bank, or channel of rivers streams, or lakes on 63,000 acres of watershed lands in Alameda, San Mateo, and Santa Clara Counties. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1120-99 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code.
