Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SMO-51533-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), as represented by Susan Hou.
The project is limited to the installation of a rock headwall, a metal or plastic 24" culvert in the 2-foot-wide drainage, riprap, and compacted native soil mixed with crushed rock in order to establish the new 6-foot-wide recreational trail across the drainage, removal of invasive plants in the project area and revegetation with native plants.
