Document Description
The proposed project is an amendment to the adopted East Los Banos (Meadowlands) Area Plan, which covers the project site and other portions of East Los Banos to the south of the project site. The proposed project would also amend the Los Banos General Plan land use diagram and change the prezoning designations for the project site. Revisions proposed for the East Los Banos (Meadowlands) Area Plan include land use reclassifications, a 30-acre decrease in project size, the elimintaion of a planned Community College site, and an increase in acreage for a planned high school site. Proposed land uses include: planned development (residential, day care, and church uses), public facilities (high school, park, and storm water basins), and highway commercial.
