Document Description
The proposed project includes the annexation of the project site and pre-zoning of the project site. Proposed land uses include a 125-acre community college site, 50.7-acre high school site, 177.8 acres of low density residential uses and 7.6-acres of commercial uses. Storm drainage basins would occupy between 25 and 30 acres of the site. Portions of the storm basins could be used for secondary uses. Development of the commercial and residential areas and the high school is expected to occur over a 20-year period. Build-out of the community college is expected to occur over a 40-year period.
