Document Description
.Development of a 450 acre underwater recreation area to be used by divers and anglers. The under water recreation area would be located approximately 1.85 miles from the shoreline. the southerly boundary would start approximately 1.5 miles north of a line west of the Mission Bay Channel. Its northern boundary would extend to a lne west of Law Street in Pacific Beach, for a total length of two miles. The depth of the recreation area would range from 85 to 120 feet. The project would also include the placement of a 366 foot long sunken Canadian Naval vessel, to a depth of approximately 100 feet below surface.
