- El Dorado County Department of Transportation will be re-aligning Saratoga Road, Finders Way, and Mammoth Road to accommodate the proposed Highway 50 on/off ramp at El Dorado Hills Boulevard. Within the existing roads are EID water and sewer facilities that must be realigned into the proposed roadways and right-of-ways at the proper depth of cover. These projects will not increase the capacity of the existing facilities, but will allow the District to continue to provide service to the existing customers.
